Unlikely to happen anytime soon since there hasn't been any update to the status of the Manhattan bound 7 for a while. Unless of course you go and record the announcements yourself and put it in the code. (I mean no ill intent by this reply, just an answer and possible solution)

I have the announcements already reordered,  how do do I change the original announcements of the (7) Line with the new ones?

You can do one of two things:
1. change the code in the route file.
2. change the titles of your new sounds to match the old sounds and put the new sounds into the sound file.

The Sound Files for any route are in the "Sound" Directory in the "Railway" folder.
