The R197 (IRT) Official Development Thread W.I.P

The R197 is a IRT Division Car inspired from the R110A, R142, and R142A train sets. This train is being made by Mikeawaski, and will come in 5 car sets, 10 car sets, and 11 car sets. This train will feature CBTC, 3D Doors, announcement system, 3D Cab, etc.

I tried to make  train and It came out crap. Is there any where that is easier to make an exterior for a train besides MS paint?
