May be best to thread this problem on the OpenBVE forum,
as it sounds like a program compatibility bug.

To make peacemak3r's post more better, please show us some screenshots so we can see what kind of problems you have with openBVE.

To take a screenshot, press the "PrintScreen" button and go in to microsoft paint. Press control-v to put your screenshot in microsoft paint.

Why did you not listen to my directions? I specifically told you to press printscreen and then go in to microsoft paint to paste the screenshot there.

Also, those pictures you took of your computer screen are meaningless to us.

1: Please provide screenshots that actually show what the problem is. If you still can not understand how to take screenshots, use some critical thinking skills and google it.

2: Please described your problems in more detail. If you could, could you paste the errors you are getting in to a post here?

Before you ask for an older version, let's see if this glitch can be fixed first.

Can you reproduce the error and post a screenshot of the error reports?

So it's not an error report from openBVE itself?

it is because the bottom of the loading screen is always messed up and glitchyb which messes up the trains

I'm leading to think that this is definitely a compatibility issue...

I see that you made a topic about this on the openBVE forum. Why not post all the screenshots (not the useless ones) on there? It'll give them more information to work with. Plus, the openBVE community should be able to help you out with your problem better.

If they can't find a solution to your problem then yeah, the best thing to do is to get an older version of openBVE.

I downloaded Stable Version 1.4.0.0 too and I do not get that problem, I have Windows 7 though so it is most likely an incompatibility issue with his operating system.

Same here. I downloaded the latest version today and I had no problems.
As for the compatibility issues part, I'm not so sure. Maybe someone with more knowledge in BVEStation/openBVE forums could confirm that.

Being Windows 7 can't be the problem.  I have XP/Vista on other systems and I run them fine.  As for that problem, I've never really experienced one like it.
