@Fox, when I was a kid, the (D) ran as a local.

There are a couple of Chinese routes that have the PSD's.

Note to anyone running Avast, 2 installers come up as malware but it will rescind itself after about 10-15 seconds of analyzing.

Great route, some notes though:
  • I'm pretty sure there's no tunnel between Parkside and Prospect Ave
  • Kings Highway is missing the building on top of the front section of the station
  • Between Newkirk and Ave H, there was a section as if we were on an overpass, but there shouldn't be one

I'm sure it's not 100% finished, those are some things I've noticed skipping The Bronx and Manhattan.

Ah, GorGor's program website?  I have you are saving them onto another image server because he said his servers may be overloading and requested that.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L655 with an Intel Pentium processor. You think I could run well on OpenBVE with this?
Depends on what kind of video card is located on your chipset. Let's just say that Pentiums aren't Intel's best product, but I doubt the new R46 likes it... (the R16 will be working just fine, for some reason)

After looking into the specs, it'll run OpenBVE.  But considering the quality of routes and trains these days, you should probably run them at the lowest setting.

It's running a dual-core at least.

The closest thing to a console train game would be a game called "A Train" I believe the last one out was for the PS2.

Well from my point of view you would need a SSD in order the route to load faster. I have a AMD graphic card and it load faster.

SSD and graphics cards are two different things.

I don't have that problem while playing fullscreen on Windows, have you tried maybe to turn off the notifications?

Last I recall of the Dyre shuttle, Phantom909 has it and is still working on it.

The (1), I forgot who it was, but I believe that is also being worked on.

Can't see a future date of completion anywhere near as of yet.

There is a contributor page on this domain if you wish to help out:

So im guessing that the integrated graphics was holding me back? Since I now get much better fps.....?

An expansion card would always be better then the integrated unless the expansion card is older then the integrated system, per say.

(somewhat newish here, but been following this community for quite some time)
Hmm... The R46 only reaches 15fps here, even while I have a custom built system with an i5-3450, 8GB ram and an AMD Radeon HD7850, with up-to-date graphics drivers... And the i7 is usually overkill unless you're into raytracing and that sort of thing.

How is it my laptop has slightly lower specs then your custom build, yet I have a higher FPS rate then you with the R46 on exterior.

I'm running an i5-2430M, 8GB RAM and GT 525M ;; I have double the fps you have with the R46 in exterior mode.  That's even with another game running in the background.

"Integrated graphics" is the 1st big red flag, Vista is the 2nd.
The combination of these 2 cheap and bad ideas from Intel and MS, has shot your new PC in both feet!

That integrated is probably 5x better then that 64MB graphics cards anyway.

Back to OP, it's not much of a discovery, having an upgraded system is always beneficial.

This type of thing would usually come down to personal preference to features both games include and see which you prefer more.
